Terms of Service
Last updated July 8, 2026
Agreement
By creating a Vow account or otherwise using Vow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Private beta
Vow is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain bugs as we improve it. We'll do our best to keep your planning data safe and accessible, but during this beta period we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to enter a legal agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you invite a partner, planner, or other collaborator to your wedding, you're responsible for making sure they're comfortable with what you share with them through Vow.
Your content
You own the wedding details, guest information, photos, and other content you add to Vow. You're responsible for having the right to share any information about other people (like your guests) that you enter. By using Vow, you give us permission to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the service — we don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it (see our Privacy Policy).
AI features and vendor information
Vow's AI assistant is a planning aid, not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or vendor-specific advice — always confirm important details (pricing, availability, contracts) directly with your vendors and other professionals. Vendor information in Vow's directory is provided for discovery purposes; we don't guarantee its accuracy or that a vendor is currently available, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with a vendor.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Vow to break the law, abuse or attempt to circumvent the AI assistant's intended use, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell or provide access to Vow to others outside of your own wedding planning team.
Termination
You can stop using Vow and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
No warranty, limitation of liability
Vow is provided "as is" during this beta period, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vow and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Vow evolves. We'll update the date above when we do, and let you know about material changes.
